Shipping your court lighting

Global LED Lights supplies lighting to business customers. This policy covers our AXION SQUASH fixtures. Lighting plans and installation are separate services through Global Squash.

Dispatch and delivery

Estimated dispatch is 2–3 weeks after ordering and payment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time is additional. If you have a fixed installation date, contact info@globalledlights.com before ordering.

Fixtures ship directly from LEDBERG in Lublin, Poland, to your delivery address. The dispatch address is ul. Stanisława Magierskiego 13, 20-706 Lublin, Poland. This is not an automatic return address; contact us before sending anything back.

Shipping charges

Our standard squash-lighting rate is €35 per package of up to 10 fixtures, excluding any applicable VAT, for the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria and Romania. The delivery destinations currently available to order are shown at checkout.

1–10 fixtures: €35
11–20 fixtures: €70
21–30 fixtures: €105
Each further package of up to 10 fixtures: another €35, up to 100 fixtures (€350).

For example, 9 fixtures cost €35 to ship and 12 fixtures cost €70. Orders above 100 fixtures, other destinations and special delivery requirements need a separate shipping quotation. Please contact us if checkout does not offer a delivery option.

The final shipping charge is shown before payment. These rates apply to squash fixtures; future tennis and other lighting products may have different packaging and shipping charges.

Tracking and delivery issues

We provide carrier and tracking details when available after dispatch. A payment confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation. Please provide a complete delivery address, company name and a contact number for delivery.

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If items are missing, incorrect or damaged, contact info@globalledlights.com promptly with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. Keep the packaging while we arrange the next steps. Contact us if a delivery is delayed or tracking stops updating.
